Laptop Compartment (13”) — Dedicated laptop compartment located in the ultra-padded back panel. Laptops are sandwiched between two thick layers of foam padding for great protection and easy access. The Alta 20 model can fit (although it is tight) a 15 inch Apple PowerBook in its compartment.

Top Zippered Pocket (Next to the Handle) — A great compartment, especially for valuables.

Two Zippered Front Compartments — The lower compartment contains the pens and pencils organizer.

Dual-Side Pockets — Perfect for water-bottles or other smaller items.

Incredible Foam Padding for Additional Comfort — In addition to the comfort provided by the IVAR-LIFT Design, our back panel has more padding than necessary, adding additional carrying comfort.

Ultra Durable Fabrics — Fabrics are a 420D Polyurethane Coated Nylon (main body) and 1680D Polyurethane Coated Nylon (bottom). For protection from liquid penetration, our fabrics are polyurethane coated.

Japanese YKK Zippers — We use the best zippers. Plus, the main compartment zipper is a larger (than necessary) #10 YKK zipper for extended durability. #8 sized YKK zippers on all other pockets.
